We migrated the company to Strålfors, which supports sending via e-Boks, so letters could be sent digitally straight to customers' e-Boks instead of as physical mail.

We exported every email from the user's mailbox, including all attachments, and used a digital employee from Styrico to build an overview of the case's different stages and progression.

The client's Azure DevOps wasn't securely configured, and there was no consistent way to manage who had access or how users were added or removed.
